Sempre Falles Throwback: Valencia CF vs. Cádiz CF
We continue with our review of the Ninots that have been part of the 'Sempre Falles' initiative so far, but, coinciding with International Women's Day, we skip chronological order to highlight the piece created by artist María Teresa Meliá, from Valencia.
Her figurine was designed for the match that Valencia CF played at Mestalla against Cádiz CF on January 4th, on Matchday 17 of the LaLiga season.
The ninot is titled 'Sentir los colores'. It is inspired by the idea that being a fan of a team means following and supporting them unconditionally, through thick and thin. That feeling is represented by the club mascot, who is painting the Valencia CF and Cádiz CF shirts before the game.
